The handlers cabin almost done. The
"almost-done-phase" is usually the longest phase
of building construction and can last up to several years.

Above Lake Labarge on a nice sunny morning.

I picked up the first load of straw at a local farm with the old
1971 Ford.
The straw is dry but not dusty, and affordable because it did not
have to be trucked up here from Alberta (everything else Yukoners need usually
is!).

I bring the chainsaw on training runs after storms. The dogs
don't mind the noise,
but get quite impatient if the job takes too long.
